Chief Executive Officer
Following a successful corporate career, Ross transition to the Solar Industry (just over 10 years ago) and has had involvement in a number of start-up business in the segment.
Primary to all these solar associated venturers was Ross’s management role with Powerak Pty Ltd, an Australian company engaged in developing solar mounting technologies across a number of industry end uses, including Utility Scale Ground Mount, Commercial Roof-Top, Floating Solar concepts and solar module attachment interface products.
Ross’s experience encompasses R & D, strategic business development, sales and marketing and project management. Ross is a driven manager and brings to Tandcove Pty Ltd a proven leadership and management ability, across multi faceted business environments with a particular focus in providing leading edge, innovative solutions in benefit of the company’s client base.
With over 35 years of industrial Electronics Engineering, Andrew has focused the last 15 years working primarily on Solar PV & Renewable Energy Technology installation engineering projects.
Current areas of focus include smaller 5kWp solar PV residential rooftop systems, up to larger 100kWp commercial rooftop systems and monitoring solutions – all based in Australia.
Andrew is also a certified trainer for technical colleges and actively teaches a variety of solar PV courses to the industry, both in Australia and overseas countries such as India and Singapore.
Andrew’s renewable and solar PV experience has been greatly expanded with his recent overseas work located within the Asia Pacific region of Singapore and Thailand, working with some of the world's highly recognised institutions and renewable energy companies. Projects there consisted mainly of the larger solar PV projects ranging from 100kWp to 1MWp roof top commercial, as well as co-managing Singapore's first 1MWp floating solar PV test bed installed in 2016.
Paul has been involved with the exploration and construction materials testing industry for over 25 years.
His geographic experience spans Western Australia, Northern Territory, Queensland and NW New South Wales.
A key tool in Paul’s arsenal is his ability to collect and interpret geophysical data sets that describe the underlying geology and are a foundation of our work flow.
Paul adds significant practical knowledge and experience in gaining and maintaining NATA accreditation. The core of this is his skill in developing, implementing and maintaining quality programs. He was central to CCMT Laboratories (Darling Downs & Granite Belt) attaining NATA accreditation in 2013.
An economic geologist with a broad range of general experience. His technical and leadership skills extend from strategic direction setting, greenfields and brownfields exploration, resource development and feasibility studies, into solar operations geology
Passionate about establishing high quality geology and geometallurgy models as the foundation for adding value to & optimising various industry segments.
Well regarded as a leader, and technical manager, his skill set and capacity allows flexibility to take a hands on approach to technical roles as required. Strong emphasis on building a team culture committed to safe operations in the delivery of high quality programs in sometimes challenging environs.
Successful delivery of projects on time and budget reflecting a high degree of commercial acumen. Application of 6 Sigma BI approach has seen improvement in quality and timeliness of delivery of products & services under his management.
